Engaging with young people on-site at your business, or through school visits will help local young people appreciate the employment opportunities that may be open to them in their backyard once they have left school.
It is generally accepted that you get higher retention if your staff don’t have to travel too far from home to work, as well as stronger, safer local communities around your business if there are high employment levels.
