Spark! Masterclasses, originally developed by the IEBE, are designed so that they can be offered as short ‘taster’ sessions or longer training workshops, adapted to the needs of the individuals or organisations participating.  They are aimed at anybody wishing to develop their knowledge, skills and understanding in the professional practice of improving young people’s employability.

Developed with the input of leading experts there are 10 unique facilitated learning sessions, based around the five key characteristics of an effective education-business professional practitioner.  In West London, Spark! deliver the full programme on a rolling cycle through the year.

Each 2 hour workshop costs £100 and you can either participate online or attend in person.  Masterclasses typically end with a drinks reception and networking.
